Problem

Inventory and orders were tracked in spreadsheets that drifted out of sync with the shelf, stock counts were trusted by nobody and stockouts were discovered by customers.

Solution

Built a lean inventory and order management system: stock in, orders out, and live counts that update as the business moves.

Result

Stock levels are live instead of remembered, and order history is a record instead of a reconstruction.
