1. What we collect
When you use our forms, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, website URL, social handle (if you share one), and your message. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence. We don't require an account to use this Site, and we don't collect payment details through it.
2. How we use it
We use your information for exactly one thing: responding to you and delivering the service you asked about, replying to enquiries, preparing your free audit, and running client engagements. We don't sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Ever.
3. Where it lives
The Site runs on trusted cloud infrastructure, including services provided by Google, with data protected by industry-standard security controls and access limited to our team. Client project data lives in the systems we build and operate for that engagement, governed by your project agreement.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use. This involves cookies set by Google and collects usage data in aggregate; we don't use it to identify you personally, and we don't run advertising cookies or ad trackers.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser. Signed-in areas (for our team and clients) additionally use the strictly necessary session storage required to keep you logged in, nothing more.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry and audit-request details are kept for as long as we need them to serve you, and correspondence is retained as normal business records. If you'd like something deleted, just ask (see section 6).
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@orbitlops.com and we'll act on it promptly. If you subscribed to updates, every message includes a way out, or just tell us to stop.
7. Third parties
We share information only with the service providers that keep the Site running (such as hosting and cloud services from providers including Google), and only what's needed for them to do so. Links to client websites and external services on this Site lead to destinations with their own privacy policies.
