1. Who we are

Orbitlops (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a product studio based in Bengaluru, India, offering software development, website development, and marketing services. These terms apply to your use of orbitlops.com (the “Site”) and, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, to the services we provide.

2. Use of the Site

You may browse the Site and use its forms for their intended purpose, getting in touch with us, requesting an audit, or subscribing to updates. You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping at scale, submitting malicious content, or using it in a way that could harm the Site or other users.

3. Services and engagements

Client work is defined by the proposal or agreement we share with you before an engagement begins, scope, timeline, price, and deliverables live there. In case of any conflict between these terms and a signed proposal, the proposal wins.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing: custom work is transferred to you on full payment, code, design, and content produced for your project become yours. Our pre-built products (such as our club management, CRM, and ERP systems) are licensed, not sold; your data in them is always yours to export.

4. Payments

Invoices are payable as per the schedule in your proposal. Work may be paused on overdue invoices. Fees for work already delivered are non-refundable unless your agreement says otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content, text, illustrations, branding, and design, belongs to Orbitlops and may not be reproduced without permission. Client logos, names, and screenshots shown in our portfolio are used to describe real work we've delivered; if any of it is yours and you'd like it removed, email us and we will.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep information accurate, but we make no warranties about completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Orbitlops is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site links to client websites and uses trusted third-party infrastructure (including services provided by Google) to operate. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for the content of external websites.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always lives on this page, with the effective date below. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law and contact
