Problem
Day-to-day college administration, student records, fees, attendance, ran on paper registers and disconnected spreadsheets, so routine questions took an afternoon of digging.
Solution
Built an ERP that puts students, fees, and administration in one database with role-based access for office staff and faculty.
Result
Routine admin questions are now a lookup, not a search, one system holds the records the office used to reconstruct by hand.
