Problem
Planning content across channels meant scattered notes, chat threads, and last-minute scrambles, nobody could see what was going out where, or when.
Solution
Built an internal tool with a single content calendar and a simple workflow from idea to published, across every channel.
Result
The team plans from one calendar now, what's due, what's drafted, and what shipped is visible without asking anyone.
